I kept a note next to me while I opened Play, the App Store lookup, RuStore and the itch.io page. The answers below are the lines I could point at. Where the three developer names disagree, I quote all three instead of picking a favorite.

Who ships the game

itch.io credits jamesnorth. Google Play credits NoomiClone Dev and the package com.JamesWest.NoomiClone. The App Store seller is Matthew Jones, developer id 1624576718. The seller URL on that lookup is an app-ads.txt host, not a game website. This site, noomiclone.net, is an independent guide. It is not one of those store accounts.

Questions

Is NoomiClone free?

Yes on Google Play and the App Store, with ads and in-app purchases. The itch.io HTML5 build is also free to run. Remove Ads and HQ replay credits are part of the 2.2.0 Play notes, so “free” does not mean every export option is free.

Can you play NoomiClone on PC?

Yes in a desktop browser on the itch.io build. Google Play also says available on Android and Windows*, powered by Intel technology, without describing a separate installer.

Is there multiplayer?

RuStore’s imported listing is tagged “Однопользовательская игра”, a single-player game. I did not find a multiplayer mode documented on the developer-linked store pages.

Who is the developer?

The public credits do not match: jamesnorth on itch.io, NoomiClone Dev on Google Play, Matthew Jones on the App Store. This guide cites the page it is quoting and does not merge them into one biography.

Is there a Russian version of the app?

App Store metadata lists English, but official 2.0.0 notes say seven in-game languages are selected with a flag button. They do not name Russian. Check that menu in the latest build; RuStore reviews describe an older 1.7.4 listing. These Russian guides are independent translations.

Are cheats or a mod APK safe?

No official cheat is documented on the developer-linked pages checked here. Uptodown listed 1.8.1 while the current stores were on 2.2.0. This site does not host mod files or link to mod downloads.
