NoomiClone not working

There is no public error-code list for NoomiClone. What exists are player reports and a version gap. On 1 Oct 2026 a RuStore review said the game would not start. Other pages still offer builds from 1.7.4 or 1.8.1 while Play and the App Store are on 2.2.0. Start by checking which build you actually have.

When the browser frame stayed empty for me, the cause was that the embed had not been requested yet. This site waits for a click before it loads itch.io. After the click, the Unity player came from upload 3164009. If that frame is black, I open jamesnorth.itch.io/noomiclone and use Run game there, instead of refreshing a third-party mirror. I never saw a numbered error dialog in that session, so I will not invent one.

Browser frame

Click the play button once and wait for the WebGL download. The build is Unity, so a locked-down browser or a very small window can fail even when the phone app works. Desktop Chrome-class browsers were the ones used for the 1 Oct 2026 check. The old simmer.io link on the itch.io page does not host the game anymore. Do not use it as a backup.

  • Reload the itch.io page itself, not a copy of the files
  • Allow the canvas to use a wide window; the native frame is 1280×720
  • If a content blocker cuts itch.zone, pause it for that site and try again

Phone app

Update from Google Play or the App Store until the version reads 2.2.0 (as of 25 Sep 2026). RuStore’s page was still on 1.7.4. A reviewer on 1 Oct 2026 could not launch the game there. Updating, reinstalling from the store, and trying another network are the steps that do not require a code the developer has not published. Clearing storage deletes local data. Play’s data-safety text says one category of data can’t be deleted, so do not assume a reinstall wipes every server-side record.

Questions

The game is in English and I wanted Russian. Is that a bug?

First check the version. RuStore lists 1.7.4, whereas the App Store 2.0.0 notes announce seven in-game languages via a flag button. The notes do not name them, and EN store metadata is not proof of English-only gameplay. Try the flag menu in the current mobile app.
